Using a simple, proven method, we’ll gather the key information from your team, provide a facilitator for the planning session to expertly walk you through the planning topics and then produce an actionable plan you can use to track progress and drive accountability.

Tailored Workshops

Our Strategic Planning workshops can be delivered in-person, virtual or a blend of both to suit distributed teams. To identify the best option, speak with one of our consultants who will discuss ways the session can be best tailored to meet your needs. Typical options include:

  • Half day workshop

    Prior to the workshop we capture a team survey to flesh out the main issues and opportunities.  This option is best suited for an annual strategic refresh.

  • Full day workshop

    Typically held offsite with either key executives or the broader team.  This option is best suited for developing a new strategic plan.  As needed we can include market and customer research as key inputs.

  • Two day strategic planning offsite.

    A deeper dive including industry and market research, a pre-workshop team survey and strategic insights report as pre-reading and a professionally produced report suitable for sharing with trusted 3rd parties.
