As an OD and Careers Consultant, Belinda works closely with executives and boards regarding organisation and talent development, workforce engagement and succession planning. She understands that success is subjective and works with individuals, teams, and organisations to identify what success means to them and how to achieve it.

Belinda holds professional registration with the Careers Development Association of Australia, a Master of Science (Organisational Psychology) from the University of London, and Bachelor of Business from QUT.
